brain power exist but will brain power resist exploitation and manipulation. africa's brain drain is ancient as well as africa's complicity in it's own destruction.

as long as the obvious remains obscure, caution must prevail in all endeavors. when crafting specific measurable courses of action, luck is still defined as opportunity meeting preparation and as my luck varies in time and space, i can not play withe preparing for opportunity.

is there such a thing as lost luck. yes, gamblers squander their luck ,habitually, all of the time. unaware of probability, statistics and higher mathematics. i do not gamble.
