Floods leave 20,000 homeless in Central African RepublicBANGUI (AFX) - Floods caused by days of heavy rain have left up to 20,000 homeless after their houses collapsed in the capital of the Central African Republic, local Red Cross acting secretary general Alphonse Zarambaud told the state radio.
