"Venezuela Rejects Meddling Allegations"
Venezuela's foreign minister on Wednesday rejected accusations by U.S. Secretary of State-designate Condoleezza Rice that President Hugo Chavez's government is meddling in the affairs of neighboring countries.Ali Rodriguez said that the United States, not Chavez's government, was interfering in the affairs of other nations.
