"Central Africa boosts defence"
Concerned about growing tension in the tinderbox eastern forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo, central African defence ministers set up a new military command for the region and called for respect for national frontiers on Saturday.The move followed suspected incursions by Rwandan troops into the eastern Congo in search of the Hutu rebel fighters that have been accused of staging incursions into Rwanda.
