"Blindsided in Haiti"
This February, I came face to face with one of Izmery's killers. He was wearing a crisp Army uniform, aviator glasses, a cell phone clipped to his shirt pocket, and a pistol in a holster at his hip. His name was Louis-Jodel Chamblain. His eyes were bloodshot and he looked a bit drawn — the stress, obviously, of leading an insurrection.
