I feel very sorry for Nuwaubians. There must be a way that the Nuwaubian community can obtain intelligence because it is lacked in such a major way. York has not withdrawn his guilty plea which is strange for someone who claims it was made under duress. If York was forced to enter a plea at that time, why has he not stood up and emphatically stated that he did not commit those crimes and is not guilty. Instead he gets up in court and talks some crazy nonsense about being Native American as if this should make him exempt from criminal law and going to trial. I can't forget that phony document that was presented to the court. Did you guys really think that document was going to force the judge to release York from jail and negate all criminal proceedings. That tactic was so pitiful and shows that some individuals in the Nuwaubian community have no reservations about making fools of themselves in public. York's attorneys know he committed the crimes and that is why they are trying to get the new judge to accept the old plea agreement. They know that going to trial will not be to the advantage of their client. Open your eyes and stop being fools.
