Come on Eshe you're smarter than that ! There is no "NEW" judge so nothing can be RE-quested until that appointment. Until then York can withdraw his PLEA ! Depending on how long it takes to find a new Judge all spoken from York'representation is PURE conjecture until York speaks! Read between the lines the Government is preparing for trial..Come On !
