Let's review your statement..."We're not a non profit that has grants.." implying in basic text that if you are not a non-profit that has grants then you are either a LOW END non profit organization since you categorized yourself in this NOUN category. Since you have fessed up that you are not legitimately trying to "BREAK EVEN" (non profit organization) this renders your soliciting of the "YORK PLEA TAPE" as an open ended attempt to put loot in your "lint filled" pocket. By admitting succinctly that you are not a Non Profit Organization then the soliciting of this "TAPE" was PURELY a capitalistic venture that failed MISERABLY ! To procure an "alleged" anonymously mailed videotape and send C.O.D. to buyers reflects your slimy double dealing mindset ! I hope those who purchased this tape received a receipt and that you properly report this to the IRS as well as the State of Ohio .
