Of course the Federal Government is going to bring the HEAT full throttle when have the "SETTLERS and CONFEDERATES" not sought land forfeiture. York arguing wth his counsel, "So What" ! Remember the ruling on his initial plea he was entitled an option for re-trial if he states his legal representation is INADEQUATE !
