The U.S. Attorney's office also announced it plans to re-indict York to add a "forfeiture charge" which might allow the government to seize the 476-acre Putnam County compound that York claims is a "sovereign nation."

Also, York has been arguing with his attorneys...just watch, they will withdraw as his counsel and then who will be nutty enough to be his attorney? You know what they say, a man who defends himself has a fool for a client!
The judge ordered Yorks attorney to answer if he truly believes these documents have any merit, and Yorks attorney said 'no'. LOL
