Today's court Action :
1. York was asked to enter a plea and responded, "I prefer to be judged by my people."
2. York stated his initial plea was made under strong duress because his captors (so-called law enforcement) "TORTURED" him !
3. York stated the FEDS can not judge him because he is a indigenous citizen VOID of US Gov't prosecution !
4. York's defense seeks a psychiatric evaluation and a trial in Columbus while the prosecution pursues a trial venue in Valdosta.

All those practitioners of law your RUSH to judgment is unsettled NOTHING has been Finalized ! A 'rush" is what you attain when you use narcotics and that "FRY" York dope you're on can not be settled because there is NO SENTENCING no CLOSURE and yes York is being detained however, his defense is pursuing a trial venue not a PLEA ...Be careful of "RUSHING" it can be hazardous to your HEALTH !!!
