This just sent to me from one who is close to the dwight york
case..Not my words....it is true that there have been some hangups
in the sentencing of York. Basically, the federal probation
officials who do a required pre-sentencing report decided that the
12 years agreed upon by the attorneys was way too little time and
recommended no less than 20 years. If the judge accepts
the report and rejects the plea bargain, then York would have the
legal option of withdrawing his guilty plea and demanding a trial.
Of course, then he stands a very good chance of being convicted and
dying in prison.

Just watch and see dwight will take the twenty years and then you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is guilty..A man who has a chance to go to trial would go and prove he is innocent...Just wait time will tell...
