Point well taken ...We shall see how the scenario plays out. My viewpoint is York has 2 weeks to play his hand and his "INITIAL" PLEA was not an admission of guilt but a legal maneuver Criminal Justice 101. York's credibility is not at question his future is...Outwitted Again means all the rush to judgment was just that A RUSH wait till sentencing ... York has an option something initially after his PLEA "MANY" felt he had none !!! Outwitted Again ! It's ALL on York he can plead not guilty something MANY thought there was no chance.
