Actually the judge might have decided that York's punishment is too leniant for his crimes and has decided to do all that is possible to make sure he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Considering that three members(York's wife and two females) of the Nuwaubian community have pled guilty, York's credibility will be totally dismissed if he was to revoke his plea. Something tells me that York's hell is getting hotter.
