In answer to your actual question, no where are the words "Black Supremacy" found in any of His Majesty's speeches, nor in the OAU, as far as I know. I personally think that as an Orthodox Christian, His Majesty would only believe in God's supremacy, and not any one particular, imperfect human. Now, if you were to ask a Rasta what the RASTAFARI philosophy of Black Supremacy is, that is a whole other Reasoning...
