Just kidding... ha ha... I ain't no Rodney King preaching peace after getting my head caved in by people who could care less about peace...
But seriously though... this is to everyone on the board but especially to Bantu Kelani and Rasi... why those two? Cos Rasi is a bredren I know personally in the physical flesh and I know he's a good bredren doing some serious works and not some kind of uncle tom like some are making him out to be... and because although I don't know Bantu Kelani in the physical flesh I've felt her vibe enough from her posts to know that she is a hardcore sistren doing some serious works and is not only obessessed with cussing out white people and telling other Black people what to do, as some are making her out to be.
I really think that if the two of you go over each other's posts in the cold light of day leaving emotion aside, you would find much to agree on as well as much to disagree on. And in what you disagree on, you might find something to learn from or at least think about, in the other's perspective.
This goes generally for all on the board.
But if you ARE gonna fight no matter what, how about making it more entertaining? We're not allowed to cuss on this board, but a quick game of the dozens or a rap battle would get out your frustrations while providing amusement to everyone.
You know something like "Bantu Kelani, you endin' up marooned like Nanny, when I deliver this lyrical blow right to your fanny" or "RasEYE? I think it's more like a raswhole [can't cuss here], I'ma plant your Uncle Remus head up on a flagpole"... a'ight let me get outta here before I get too silly...
