It is the typical argument whenever Whites and Blacks congregate, and these issues have to be addressed. Some act as though the pendulum swings from one side, and drops dead center. If whites got unfair economic advantages then it stands to reason that this has to be first addressed by way of compensation. Reparation is not only about what happened during slavery, but also all the lost economic opportunities that followed. Unfair lower wages for Blacks persists today. So I do understand why some will shout reverse racism. Who likes to lose economic opportunities? I guess only those who understand how justice works will be cool with justice.
