again, there was an original thread i could not locate(thanx tech for explaining why) i believe written by a person of color questioning how people would spend $ if it ever came.

MY response was that while people may think based on their bias that people would blow their $ on material things, IN MY OPINION people would have a variety of uses for the $ because just like other races there are a myriad of black folks. then i further point out that many whotes only see a tiny window of blacks and get a tainted view that boosts their preexisting prejudices. then i related a personal story of where i lived and how diff it was.you say "white people can't interfere in any way w/ reparations." i would venture some of the congress and CEOs who will fund it, if it comes, will be pale folks.
