This statement speaks directly to the narrow minded perception you have as to what the real needs are from white people regarding Ethiopia and Africa as a whole. Gee now there is a resource that can be utilized by everybody, if you have computer skills to begin with, and the time to take out from your 2 or 3 jobs to make the trip to the library to use their computers. And of course the fact that the majority of white people don't have to do this as most already have computers will make the wait at the library that much less irritating.
