I know that in America most public libararies and community centers have free comptuer use and there are tone of free website providers out there so hopefully the internet won't be a class priviledged affair as much as it has been. i know in addis the government doesn't like alot of internet use(people may get some ideas) and they really limit the already poor service.

I haven't done a study on how many websites on Rastafari are created by people of color, but there is a good amount. Idren like Humble Tafari, Jah paint, Rootka Zebulon, The Babe and Suckling , house of bobo, Sis Barbara Makeda Blake Hannah's, etc etc etc
