It is a black and white 100% fact that there are at least 1 at most 5 white settlers on the land out of 250 rastas. how many more have their bags packed???? not many if any.
Based on that fact I would say YES that is an insignificant Non Issue IMHO(IN MY HUMBLE OPINION)
when there is far greater issues at hand in shashamene land.
