Now personally I dont think black or white government would make any connection to racistic matters. Sure it would be better for racial matters, but what we need is any government that could open its eyes and see our brothers in africa, and not only africa, over the whole world suffering and not getting the same chances as those in the west. Cause this world has SO much to learn and SO darn much to change before we can finally THINK of a world peace, and none of that a happen if none with the possibilities just open eyes and say: I CAN DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR THOSE PEOPLE! cause the money is ere, they've got plenty of money, they just invest it in the wrong people and business!
