my Lord, if you yourself would practice what you preach, and do your reasearch, and properly, and not jump at every little thing you read on the internet that babylon provided for you word for word, and you will see that you are correct that the God Field Marshall General Idi Amin Dada was not the Chairman of the O.A.U. at the same time his majesty was on his physical throne, however just because he was not the chairman does that mean Uganda was not a member of the Union in the time period of 1970-1979? NO! my lord did you know, that every head of state in each country had to take a turm, one year it was one country member head of state to be the chairman, the other year it was another country member an so on.... and fact is the Economic war to rid Uganda of it's colonialist and ones who are milking the economy and sending the wealth to outside Africa was already in place by the previous Government of Uganda (Oboute), buy being in the O.A.U.(as a member county)it requires you to dedecate your own position as head of your state and unite your efforts into one continental cause(organization of African Unity). if what Idi did was wrong than what Haile Selassie I orderes was wrong. and we all know better than that here. Selassie is a Perfect Man, So is Marcus Garvey, please don't forget that for your own sake, my lord,
humbley, Blessed
