the point that the prophet was idressing was Ras Tafari Governement, the EABIC. If the I chooses to read the 4 Point agenda that the EABIC has established, it would become clear that this Ras Tafari organization deals with 'political' issues that are crucial to iani upliftemnt; ie, repatriation, representaion @ the UN, reparations, etc. I would suggest that the I read the 4 point agenda and i am sure that the i would come to a clear overstanding of the prophets intentions.
