True,ones dont even know where to start (even if ones call dem self Ras),but its ok.the first step ones should start to find the inner lion is to go past the foolish ego that InI possess while trodding in this life.ones MUST know how to Meditate,im not just talking about concentration,because concentration is when one just concentrates on a particular thing,but what happens next after u concentrate?in meditation,u have to FEEL the positive Inergy,if u dont,then ur not doing it right.if ones dont no where to start when meditating,im sure theres plenty of info on the net,or ones on here (like I-self)would be glad to uplift.Selah
