Tribal or ethnic or conflicts have caused significant problems within the black community. Even in Europe today, this problem cannot be fully resolved, just take a look at Bosnia. Countries like Trinidad, Guyana face similar problems. Most of the problems in Africa have been caused by it. Tribal or ethnic conflicts are by far the most difficult conflicts to resolve for any country.

From a practical standpoint what is a possible solution? To help as much as we can we cannot avoid confronting the issue to find solution. What idea, plan could be effective to bring about positive change, since the issue of ethnic strife and tribalism is a Rastafarian/ black /African problem if something has to change…?
