I feel that highlighting these problems are part of the solution as it helps informs those who never thought about it. It sensitizes people about their conduct. It lets more people know that we will not tolerate their racial and color prejudicial conduct.

I am yet to see the many who recognize this. Where are these discussions taking place where ones are looking for solutions? I don’t know what you meant by, “rather than complex descriptions of the problem”, but I welcome all who are willing to explore this issue some more even if it is complex. That can only add to everyone’s awareness.
Maybe soon enough someone else can start another thread looking at more solutions. I did already. People should not expect just a few of us to dish out all the answers. Given that new people are always reading these boards, these key issues must always be revisited.
