There is no doubt I am black. 100% black it is all over my face, skin and genes, there is no way around it. Bandundu is my home region in the DRC Congo. No Semites, Arabs or Europeans changed the gene pool of the Bandundu people throughout centuries of Invasions. We remained dark-skinned-black-broad-features-kinky--hair aboriginal Africans.
In the other hand, MOST Ethiopians students I have met at the University I work that have traveled to come and study here, which would suggest they are from wealthy families so originate from the more privileged members of the community, are mainly light skinned Semitic in looks and probably ancestry...
You are right by saying Nubia, Kush (sudan) and Ethiopia (before the Arab invasion), were part of the Kushitic Empire. However, the present day HABASHA, Amhara and Tigre people do stress their genealogy or origins to Arab origin! They are remnants of the racial grouping Semites. MOST of these people think and ACT like they are better or superior to the others, THAT IS THE PROBLEM DETRIMENTAL TO THE BLACK INDIGENOUS AFRICANS.
