InI deliberately left out the word 'arrogance'. I saw 'sarcasm and judgement' of InI family which will rarely move a discussion forward. The I seems to want desperately to reason but desperately alienates the audience.
A successful teacher will do their utmost to 'learn' what is in the heart of the pupil - in this way they may deliver the lesson with some success.
It is a two way process.
