Some of these don't make sense. For instance, I have a hard time beleiving that Mexico is wealthier than Canada? Or that Bangladesh and Poland and the Phillipines are wealthier than Switzerland? I don't know what this is based on, average personal wealth, total wealth of all members combined, what? Can you tell any of that? I'm not arguing the basic point that you're making, just that I'm a little suspicious.
