In regard to Faith, what does ones embrace? wha meaning cya INI derive from de scripture in Ephesians? "For by grace you have been saved through FAITH, and NOT OF YOURSELVES; it is the GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS, lest anyone should boast"

Mi tink seh di scripture show clearly dat INI are SAVED BY HAVING FAITH, nuh 'good works' will save. Tek a quick look at di theif next to Jesus as dem wha crucify. Di one theif seh "Jesus remember me when you enter heaven"..now dis theif had no time in which to do any good works, all he did was ask to be remembered, and becaw him show faith, he was forgiven of him inequity.

Many groups reduce di term Faith, to a meaningless expression. dem may hab some mention of havin faith in Jah, but ultimately dem followers are trusting in di works of some part of di creation to save dem (ither their own, anadda created being, or some organization)!

Yuh cyant seh good works nuh come in important, dem is. Good works is di natural result of genuine faith, which is completely trusting in Jesus. From appreciation for receiving di free gift of salvation through faith, we should commit our life to doing dem acts of faith (works)dat which is pleasing to Jah, thru realizing dat dem by dem self can not save we (sight eph. 2:10)
