Then do so and try not to mind that there are Others that will address the fact that the term negroid whenever she uses it is offensive and they will say so. EveryOne has that right to do so just as she continues to be defensive and refuses to see why it is offensive and continues.

So your issue is that you are disturbed because Others see the word negroid and choose to address that issue of her post as oppose to addressing what her post is about. Well if she didn't use the word I am sure that the responses that you both are seeking will come.
