Big Bless to all the concerned Idrens and sistrens out there , this is Ras Xylon again linking you all on a more positive note from mount Zion , I have Spoken with Brother Dezzie , Brother Des-I , who to their best knowledge filled me up on the reasons why the List came about, In my humble capacity as a young leader myself I think that seeing the community had acquired NGO status it would have been better if we had taken a list of skilled individuals to the ministry of labour to gain work and resident permits for our people, for even though salaries is unavailable I&I as a co-operative community could agree to work voluntarily to build I&I blessed Community in peace and order.

I first would like to thank His Imperial Majesty who through the power of his love has resolved the recent differences I&I were having in Ethiopia with dialogue between I-self and the Leadership of the JRDC, the Leadership of the JRDC explained that the foreign affairs department of Ethiopia is the ones who suggested that they collected a list with names of the people living in Shashamane. This is a point which I bigger brothers called misunderstanding through lack of communications, they raised to I the fact I should contact them before putting this kind of alarming news on the internet, and in I humility this is well taken.

But who feel it know it as Our teacher Sister Lalah was victimised by the immigration and they used JRDC list as their excuse, abusing her verbally disrespecting I&I project comparing it with other projects, questioning how much money she has spent in Ethiopia as if they are not pleased to know none was given personally to them, this sistren for the past three years has never overstayed without paying her monthly fees for extension so it’s injustice. When the immigration came to Shashamene she had just returned from Italy and was not in Shashamene so I&I told her to go right away to the immigration to find out about her registration as she had just returned, they told her this was no problem and she should go home as they would soon deal with Addis Ababa residents. When her visa was about to expire she went there to get an extension and was refused , with a lot of real cheeky behavior by these crooked authorities, they told her they would only give her a 10 day exit visa for her to leave, she came home the same day with a unfortunate injury coming from this illfated office she wrung her ankle and had to call her embassy to contact the immigration to explain that she could come to pick up her exit visa in a couple of days, only two days passed and she returned to see them with her foot well bandaged, up until now they have not even replied to the embassy concerning their request of more time until her injury was ok, but thank JAH she went, they ridiculed her for whatever reason JAH alone know then said you will get 5 days, anyway the Immigration came to our gate to ask for her while I&I were at the school of Ethio-Parents doing an early 10-o-clock in the morning Socio–Educational concert with the kids at this school, so she left straight from the school to the immigration only to be asked for her ticket and told you will leave tommorow as you are not on the JRDC list this was a big surprise to her seeing sister Lalah is not a person who knows much about the JRDC as she is mostly teaching youth music in Addis Ababa with the Rastafari Goahe Muuzyka Academy, the Sistren posses a degree in Linguistics, how sad it is when valuable members of a community gets victimised for nothing of substance. I Ras Xylon still hold I stance as I know as an Ethiopian I&I should have a say as well in any decisions which regards I&I future and National life , as a leader I think I would explain the position of the community as there are members living in Addis Ababa as well , plus people within the community are constantly coming and going up and down Jacob's ladder, so sometimes I&I must not just take what they offer but state what we want which is more conducive to our future as an international community. The Immigration of Ethiopia is not infallible they have their envies, jealousies, they covet things they see us do here, just like the story of the prodigal son, so I&I leadership should be more firm in whatever cause that they are perusing and not just take any little offer as these things allows the wicked minds within the immigration to work on our flaws, Rastafari is an International Family and I&I here in Ethiopia are the ones with a delicate role to play so I&I need perfect love in whatever we do for mistakes is what causes big problems, If it be possible as much as is within I&I , let’s live peaceably with all Creation. Leaders must raise the Standards, present something rather than ask of people who is far adept from what is our Struggle.

No one else but I&I Rastafari know our struggle so Ethiopian immigration could never solve our Problems, they suggest one thing I&I should be able to bring to their attention certain things of extreme importance to our international family’s struggle, I&I should never just take their talk without expressing to them how much their delaying our freedom of movement in Ethiopia have stagnated our progress here in Ethiopia, I&I should let them see their guilt, and even if they would not admit it for conscience sake I&I have the right to do and say so, H.I.M. should be our leadership role model, I&I is not begging to be an Ethiopian so we should never let the Ethiopian Immigration feel this way, I&I Liberation is long overdue and they the immigration must burn their PHAROAH like attitudes , which is very impolite , impertinent and extremely rude , sometimes these men get personal with I&I and now that they can use the JRDC list to play one Rastafari against another they are flaunting it. Extremely Pathetic.

I&I in Shashamene will let brotherly love contine to reign as this is only a new phase to the struggle , where they get a tool now to fight one group with the next group, Rastafari has always been living together in Ethiopia regardless of our differences, it is only a pity that the immigration was allowed to get hold of tools (lists) to fight individuals , I Ras Xylon is not hiding and saying I and bold enough to take responsibility for my statements and I do hope if any one out there or in Zion here was offended by my outcry they will soon overstand the reasons why. I&I as Rastafari should set up pressure groups in our countries of soujourn to petition against the inhumane actions of the Immigration Department in ETHIOPIA
