I think you are not well informed on this matter so I will share what I know.

There was an orchestrated effort to slander and threaten this particular moderator before she ever responded, and this has been ongoing ever since. I have personally seen such messages all designed in a manner to intimidate. These personal attacks have a common origin in the name of a person who is no longer a member on this board. Several posters were emailed and asked to participate in these threats. The website will defend the position of the moderators in the face of such ongoing threats even if it means loosing a few other valuable contributors.

What is also interesting is that those who orchestrated the personal attacks via email and otherwise were never strong advocates of Haile Selassie on this board and only changed their tune to solicit sympathizers to continue their folly. The archives reveal that they strongly supported Kelani's views before she became a moderator. (We know this conduct) This will not be tolerated and I feel very sorry for the few that unwittingly got involved unaware that a disgruntled person orchestrated this.

Several of those posing as posters and strong advocates of Haile Selassie's divinity were not previous members of the board and others were using several registered accounts to stir passions. Such posters are being removed in order to restore fairness to the reasonings.

WELCOME UPDATE:

Because of the confusion among some people about the range of issues that should be covered under Rastafari Speaks we have added two new domain names to the Website: RastaSpeaks.com and AfricaSpeaks.com.

This helps to spell out our direction and intention to bring three main areas of discussions under one umbrella. The General African focus is now clearer. The natural earth livity as was practiced by the most ancient Rastas, and views from those who see Haile Selassie as God are included.

We hope that this move clarifies the general intention of the Website.
