She is giving her observations, I guess you should take time and re-read the article.

‘one and ones CANNOT say they follow the path of RASTAFAR I and not site HIM as the Living GOD.......seen? they are NOT RASTA if they do not.’
So you are saying that the defining position of Rastafari is to "site HIM as the Living GOD"?

‘rasta and reasoning is not always sugar coated peace and love and lets smoke a skliff.......rasta is about truth and rights and fighting down all black and white oppressors and justice and fire and thunder, earthquake and lighting.....seen?
is not a hippie movement’
I am glad you made this statement.
This is a point many need to see. There are many who tried to promote Rastafari as a 'perfect' 'onelove' 'hippie' movement while there are many serious matters still to be reasoned out. Everyone cannot see the same things at the same time so there would always be reasonings. So If someone comes to the movement and honestly cannot yet "site HIM as the Living GOD" should that person be banished and burned upon a fyah or should those who 'know' better reasoning it out.

Yes it is about fighting down ANYONE who tries to oppress regardless of color. So if there are ones who come and disrespect the person not critique what they say, they are oppressors too, be they black, white or any shade in between.
