I give thanks for the links and information, and for continuing to highlight the situation. I am agitated over the type of numbers that are coming out of certain areas. There are also excellent examples of Africans developing authentic solutions and results, as in Senegal and Uganda. I find that our overstanding of every aspect of this thing needs to be much better. In particular it is necessary to develop a bank of authentic African intelligence on the matter, in addition to the information we receive from others. I dont see how InI can be content with anything else except a complete stop to this evil.
