Alright let I just state I views...

There is two steps...

1)bringing across the awareness
2)fullfillment based upon that awareness...

1)bringing across the awareness:
the problem that people face is acknowledged...it is reality that even people who hasn't faced these same problems also acknowledge them...they may not acknowledge them in the same depth has the one who felt it, but the very foundation of comprehension or acknowledgment is to also realize that u would respond the same way to the problem if it happened to u...So I feel that anyone can bring forth this awareness that is sufficient for others to acknowledge and make change...

However other ones views state that having a lightskinned person bringing accross this awareness is to undermind the very awareness...its like "ur saying u want the world to give darkskinned persons a chance and yet u don't let darkskinned persons have a chance to bring forth this very cause"

I see that...I ovestand that...and I hope others see it also...because it is a reasonable understanding...and ones shouldn't divide themselves over these views...coz to divide ourselves is to actualy be contradictory...to what we ultimately know is the best for us...

However I see that this view is not commanding...thats why I highlighted ur statement asking how can they push foward the lightskinned regardless of who brings across the awareness...

we have to realize that this problem thus solution is beyond the worlds opinions or thoughts...it is our rights...

eg.if a t.v show is aired and vied by evryone...then it is evryones right to have someone of their own culture in representation on the t.v...because the fact that they are advertisments on t.v is the evidence that whatever and whoever is vied on t.v effects the worlds opinions and thoughts...thus affect human social conduct...this goes for other mass mediums as well...

so in other words it shouldn't matter who is bringing across the message...because the very message or awareness is telling all of us to put away our ingorance and bias and herken to the message to step 2)....

2)fullfillment based upon that awareness...
Evryone including Light and Dark skinned being able and ARE in positions that were once soley for whites and Light skinned...

I don't think anyone would disagree with 2)...but I think much of this discussion surrounds 1)...
