well,
i sight the idea as wonderful. however the practicality of it is where the difficulty may lay. i sight marcus garvey and his acquistion of the black star line as a symbolic gesture for iai to follow.
i would assert that funds along with proposals for settlements in africa would be the most practical guide for fiscal repatriation.
awile ago i reasoned on the 4point plan of the eabic. that outline is clearly a feasible way by which repatriation is possible. however there are some revisions that are needed to set forth the agenda w/in the next few years. brethren and sistren need to narrow down 7-10 african countries, engage in constructive communications with the appropriate heads of state in these countries and set forth a proposal by which a mass exodus can occur. additionally, the repatriation effort may be able to generate funds through the UN, if iani can get member states (especially African states) to champion our cause through the United Nations.
