I guess real reasoning is hard to come by. It seems like people are missing each other's points completely, and then then they argue based on misunderstandings. Or instead of being complete in a response, giving due respect to another person'e thoughts, they choose one point out of many a person makes and take issue with that. When emotions get heated, reason just flies out the window. It would be good at least to make sure we read another person's post thoroughly so we can give a thoughtful reply. Otherwise reasoning cannot forward.
