Brighton is one of the many popular seaside towns on the south (English channel) coast of England.
I guess kind of like a Coney Island or similar.
The Palace there where that other photo is taken is strange. It was built by one of Queen Victorias sons as his residence, (can't remember which one, and really couldn't care less :o) But he was one of those extravagant playboy shitepots (weren't they all).
Anyway he built his 'palace' in an Indian style, looking like a miniature Taj Mahal, so kind of stands out. Amazing looking place.
