Where do you have this from? The bible, which tells about Zion, do not speak about it like you do. When Zion was in Israel, there was crime and so on, like in Ethiopia today.
Zion means not, that there is paradies on Earth, it means that the Arc of the Covenant is there, nothing else. The bible tells this, I do not know where you have from, that Zion must be a paradies on Earth.
