Some of the people may not be around because there were a few with several accounts posting and responding to themselves.Some others will just go ahead and create multiple accounts to hide and say what they want. Since the ban was lifted, only two accounts were closed for deliberately disregarding the regulations.

People have a choice whether or not to participate in these forums. If they chose to, then they should abide by the rules if they want to be treated fairly. The Freedom of Speech policy is there to protect all those on the board, not just the Moderators.
