2) Please remember that usernames and passwords are CaSE SeNsiTive. If he is having trouble posting or forgot his password or how he has his username we can delete his account and he can re-create one.
3) Please re-read the terms of use.
4) If you switch between browsers or your computer automatically deletes cookies then the appearance would be that the board is asking you to create a new profile.
