Haile blessings, my youth had excema, not very bad but persistant. I treated it with high quality olive oil applied directly to the area and she also had some homeopathic treatment. In truth I don't really overs the whole homeopathy thing but for real it worked for I daughter.Steriods do not get at the root of the problem, only alleviate symptoms and should be avoided if possible.Like the the next sistren said, changes in diet can also help with excema.
