Yes, His Majesty said that PAN AFRIKA is the best method for InI to resolve Afrikan problems and strengthen independence and Inity. He also set up the EWF and gave land for InI to come home. So if InI is to follow the lead of His Majesty, then InI would follow the MOVEMENT of Pan Afrika, as well as the MOVEMENT of the EWF. Then ideally InI could MOVE to the land that was given for InI by Ras Tafari HIMself.
So if Ras Tafari set up these MOVEMENTS, how can Ras Tafari not be a MOVEMENT? Ras Tafari is not stagnant.
Some MOVEMENTS have stopped because something caused them to stop, i.e. COINTELPRO. That's why InI are wary of certain ones. Babylon would love to see Ras Tafari stop. InI will stand firm Itinually.
