Super Negro Weekend

Well looky looky...

They really loooooove black folk, or at least our energies.

We will be honored with a SUPER WEEKEND beginning Friday, January 16, 2009. Looks like more entries for your history books.

First, "Notorious", a movie about the ASSASSINATED icon of hip-hop, will open in theaters on Friday.

Next, on Monday, will have the good ol' Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Holiday, in celebration of the civil rights leader who was also ASSASSINATED.

Then, last but not least, Tuesday will mark the Inauguration of the Great Barack Obama as President of the United States of America.

Can you believe it? A black man in the White House?

Looks like it will be peace and harmony now for black folk. Thank God.

Pay attention to the red carpet being laid out for you Mr. Barack. Your historical initiation is being preluded by acknowledgments of 2 influential black icons...both ASSASSINATED/EXECUTED. *wink*

Now you be a good (white) house negro and shine with your beautiful wife and daughters.

SHINE, black folk, SHINE. The whole world is watching.

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!!!
