In relation to my child or Uganda?
If you mean Uganda...I'm not sure. That's why I was seeking reasoning/clarity in regards to others positions.
Uganda is a vast place. I have not seen the interior places where there is major unrest. In Kampala and the areas I've been; it seems like a bustling capital, thats challenged in development and rife with poverty, yet people are still getting by and there is some levels of upward mobility. I also noted that Uganda's leadership has been the only country in Africa to truly get a hold of the HIV pandemic. And the context of my visit there focused on that issue
I am not familiar enough with the situation neither by research or practical living experience to give a insight on an appropriate response/intervention to the current (ongoing) LRA crisis.
