Perhaps it isn't so much "Out of Babylon" as it is out of Eden. Consider that we are told by the ancients that there have been and will be again many destructions of mankind. As long as there is free will, there will be a battle between the Radicals and the Traditionalist; those who submit to their ego and those who submit to universal/natural law; with nature as decider for when the scales are out of balance.
