I think my short replies are being misunderstood. It is not my intention to minimalize or trivialize the situation, what I'm trying to say is that I agree with your observation/perception. However, what you are observing is merely the West using a page from the book of its Eastern rival. Its a case of History repeating; before there was Western Eurasian Colonialism there was Eastern Eurasian Colonialism, neither has delivered anything of value to Africans. Africa continues to be the pawn in the power play between the two.
