Whatever. That's like saying because I don't believe in the capitalist system, I shouldn't accept a paycheck from the company I work for. One thing's for sure, Chomsky will be remembered long after whichever Drudge Report types who run "the free republic.com" have faded into well-deserved obsurity.
Bob Marley made a lot of money too, it ain't about how much money you make, it's about how you make it (i.e. without exploiting/oppressing people) and what you do with it (i.e. helping exploited/oppressed people to help themselves). Only people born into wealth and privilege who have a guilty conscience think that giving everything up to live in permanent poverty is "noble".
